Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched 5G in India. At the opening ceremony of this year's India Mobile Congress, he made the official announcement for 5G services. The fifth generation of wireless communication technologies is referred to as 5G. 5G promises super-fast internet connectivity. The internet speed will increase from Mbps to Gbps with the transition to 5G.
