Delhi: Apple has issued a security warning to iPhone customers in 98 countries including India. Apple warns that Pegasus-style mercenary spyware attacks are possible.

Apple has issued a warning that worries iPhone customers again. This is the second time this year that Apple has issued a warning about the possibility of a spyware attack. Apple issued a similar warning to iPhone customers in 92 countries last April. The warning message to iPhone customers says that Apple has detected a potential spyware attack on the iPhone associated with your Apple ID. The message issued by Apple also suggests that the warning should be taken seriously. A cyber attack using spyware occurs when someone else takes control of a mobile phone without the owner's knowledge.
