Washington: It has been 61 days since Sunita Williams was stuck in the International Space Station. The Starliner's malfunctions have yet to be fixed, though NASA says it will continue to work with Expedition 71 crew members. Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore arrived at the International Space Station on June 6. They arrived at the space station explaining that they would return to Earth after a mission of only a few days, but the return journey of both of them is getting longer.
The national media is reporting that detailed vision tests were conducted for Sunita Williams at the international station. The Indian Express explains that the examination was done with detailed images of the cornea, lens and optic nerve. According to the report, eye experts from Earth closely observed the test and collected information. The report explains that the test is part of future better management of vision-related problems after having to stay in space for a long time.
