This year the temperature was higher than normal for the summer season. But meteorologists say that the temperature will be high and it will be hot in the fall season as well. Meteorologist Ross Hull predicts above-normal temperatures across the country from late September through October.

Hull says eastern Canada will have a warmer-than-normal fall season. Geoff Coulson, a meteorologist with Environment Canada, says that updrafts from the U.S. are driving warmer-than-normal conditions. But Coulson and Hull said the warm weather isn't going to last through the fall season and it could get colder.
