Kerala leads in youth unemployment rate

 

Delhi: Kerala tops the list of states in the youth unemployment rate in the country. According to the latest Periodic Labor Force Survey (PLFS), the youth unemployment rate in Kerala is 29.9 percent. The survey covers the period July 2023-June 2024. According to the report, the youth unemployment rate in Kerala in the age group of 15-29 is 29.9 percent and unemployment among women is 47.1 percent. The male unemployment rate is 19.3%. Madhya Pradesh has the lowest youth unemployment rate in the country. Gujarat is next.
