Cockroach in food on Air India flight; A two-year-old girl complained of food poisoning

 

Complaint that cockroaches were found in the food served on the Air India flight from Delhi to New York. The passenger came with the complaint through the social media platform X. Air India officials said that they have started an investigation into the incident. The incident took place on an Air India flight traveling on September 17. The complaint was that a cockroach was found in the omelette received on the flight. Passenger X noted that the two-year-old child had already eaten half of the omelet when she saw the cockroach and the child had food poisoning.

Air India also responded to this. Air India said it works closely with top caterers to supply food on its flights. In a statement, Air India said that it is concerned about the problem faced by the passenger and will take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
