Three huge asteroids near the Earth today, NASA with warning

 

 

California: The American space agency NASA has warned that three asteroids will pass close to Earth today on October 13. Their names are 2024 TA7, 2024 TX5 and 2024 SM4. The first of these asteroids will pass very close to Earth.

NASA has warned that three asteroids namely 2024 TA7, 2024 TX5 and 2024 SM4 will pass very close to Earth on October 13, 2024. Of these, TA7 poses the greatest threat. Although the asteroid is only 40 feet in diameter, it will come as close as 328,000 miles to Earth. So NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is keeping a close watch on the TA7 asteroid. The second asteroid, 2024 TX5, is 58 feet across. At its closest approach to Earth, its closest approach to our planet is estimated to be 2,830,000 miles. Meanwhile, the third asteroid, 224 SM4, is 170 feet in diameter. At its closest approach, it will be 4,500,000 miles away. Therefore, the second and third asteroids are not a threat to Earth in any way.

American space agency NASA is carefully studying whether asteroids are a threat to the earth. NASA regularly warns of asteroids that come within 4.6 million miles (75 lakh kilometers) of Earth. Asteroids with a size of at least 150 meters that reach this distance pose a threat to Earth. NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory studies such space objects and precisely monitors their trajectory.
