Terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir; Army kills one terrorist in Baramulla, death toll rises to 7

 

Delhi: The death toll in the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir has risen to seven. Five of the dead are migrant workers. The terrorists shot and killed the laborers who were brought for the construction of the tunnel in Sonammarg. Security forces have intensified their search for the terrorists. Meanwhile, the army killed a terrorist in Baramulla. Union Minister Nidin Gadkari and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condemned the attack. Union Minister Amit Shah said that strict action will be taken against the terrorists.

Meanwhile, investigations by central agencies and the Delhi Police continue into the school blast in Rohini, Delhi. The preliminary test results of the sample collected from the site of the outbreak yesterday may be available today. The police hope that through this they will be able to confirm information including what type of explosive material was used. The CCTV footage of the area is being examined.
