New travel documents are now required to travel to Europe. Experts say that France and Italy are also requiring 30 new ETIAS forms from foreign travelers. If you are going to the UK, you will have to pay 10 English pounds and if you are going to other places, seven euros. Everything can be done digitally. Starting January 8, 2025, all Canadian and US citizens will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to or through the UK. The same requirement will apply to EU citizens starting April 2, 2025. New travel forms for the other 30 countries will be implemented in about six months, or by mid-2025.
