Car stolen from parked at Calgary airport. The stolen car was a 2022 Toyota Highlander belonging to a man named Darren Cooper. Darren had parked his car in parking lot P1 in the domestic terminal. Darren said he parked the car there because he thought it was safer.

The car was discovered missing after Darren and his family returned to the airport after a long vacation. With car thefts on the rise in Canada, authorities are taking the theft of cars from the airport very seriously. According to the Equit Association, Toyota Highlanders were the most stolen vehicles in Canada in 2023.
