San Jose: Costa Rica has offered to accept illegal immigrants being deported from the US, including Indians. After Panama and Guatemala, Costa Rica has also offered to provide temporary shelter to illegal immigrants. Accordingly, 200 immigrants from India and Central Asian countries will be brought to Costa Rica on a passenger plane on Wednesday.

The Costa Rican government has decided to cooperate with the US in efforts to send 200 illegal immigrants back to their countries, according to an official statement. Costa Rica has also announced that they will be from India and Central Asia.

The first batch of illegal immigrants to be deported will arrive in Costa Rica on a passenger plane on Wednesday. They will later be taken to a temporary migrant care center on the Panama border. From there, they will be taken to their home countries. Costa Rica said the project would be implemented entirely at the expense of the United States and would be supervised by the International Organization for Migration.

Panama and Guatemala had previously signed a similar agreement with the United States. As part of this, 119 illegal immigrants from countries including China, Pakistan, and Afghanistan were brought to Panama last week. Despite the agreement, the United States has not yet brought anyone to Guatemala.
